Sorry for late response guys I was on a little trip with girlfriend.
First of all thank you all for responses and some great ideas I really appreciate it, and I will try to respond to all of them.
You are the owner of the subreddit? What countries are these members from? Is it a country-specific subreddit?
Yes I'm the owner of the sub and I can't do a geo traffic analytics just "normal" one (or at least I don't know how to check traffic geo on specific sub if someone knows please share with me) but having in mind that 50% of Reddit traffic is from US and next 20-30% is from Canada, UK, Australia (English speaking countries) and my sub is in English I will assume that traffic to my sub have similar geo traffic as Reddit himself.
It's not country specific, but USA and Canada is only countries mention in posts and comments.
Affiliate marketing could work while you promote some actual jobs that pay you a fixed amount for each referral.
One word.
CPA offers.
Best to create one but if you cannot hook up with a network that allows that traffic.
I think Indeed has affiliate program... Look into it.
Maxbounty has a offer for this niche
Yes, CPA/Affiliate was my first intent, since it's fast and easy

But I didn't find any Affiliate program in Indeed, and I was rejected twice in MaxBounty since I don't have website.
I have google some other CPA networks but they either didn't have any offers for this niche or they offers was not that great and worth promoting (at least I have come to this conclusion if someone have some specific CPA network in mind, please share with me)
Job search website and add google adsence to get money.
Bang on idea .
Will be a Job search site with Adsense
My point of view that will be a BAD idea, Why? 1st he is dealing with smartass Reddit members, if he ever gets caught they will call him at th moment and maybe they unsubscribe from his sub, 2nd CPA is a one time opportunity, hit and run
But a site loaded with Adsense ads will be long term and he can even make a brand name, my 2 cents
Edit: OP you can even go and expand your network/traffic and advertise on LinkedIn as well
Build a site, create a few guides there. Monetize via Ads, Affiliate Marketing, whatever.
Then link one of the guides from the subreddit sidebar.
Also link to other places to disguise your url.
You must also build other backlinks, and content and more.
Done.
And I have come to conclusion that I have to build website

I have found one offer on BHW for building job search website so I will take that website, write some articles, add link to my sub, articles will be added as post on sub as well, and then add Adsense.
After that I will try to get accepted on Maxbounty and add CPA offers also.
Maybe I will start a Journey and keep you updated on my development
Contact companies to promote their jobs there.
This is a interesting idea.
But there is a million of companies and I can't write so much emails

Should I try with Staffing agency only? Is there some kind of list of them or I should just google it.
All in all thank you all for ideas and help!
