How To Monetize EV owners Facebook groups?

We have a number of Facebook groups for Electric Vehicle owners. The audience is 220k-250k members (this was the last time I checked the total number of users, a few months ago). Most of these members are active EV owners and we're doing a good job removing the spam from these FB groups so the communities are pretty happy and engaging.
But we suck at monetizing these communities. We tried affiliate marketing for EV chargers but it either doesn't work on FB groups or we picked the wrong the product (not really a great palette of products in this area). We thought about drop shipping but we have no experience with this either.

Do you guys have any suggestions?

You can collaborate with experts, entrepreneurs or companies in ev industry and offer your group as a platform for promotion, feedback or research. You can charge a fee for sponsorship, advertising or data collection.
