Hi guys,
I start a YouTube channel a few weeks ago and I regularly posted a video every day, all the videos are created by me and i put a lot of effort on them, but i didn't have enough views as a result for my hard work, none of my videos reach 200 views and that disappointed me :(.
Please help me guys to figure out the reason why this happens to my channel.
Thanks in advance.

I would say you need to make a kind of promo, post in niche-related forums, reddit, and what not.
people need to know that you exist and so your work will spread,
hard work takes a long road but will pay off, so good luck!

you only upload videos and waiting to get views? you need to build a social audience on facebook, instagram, twitter.. and keep sharing your videos there.

Exactly what bljadrunner said. You can't depend on YouTube traffic alone. Even if you get a video ranked using other methods, it will drop in rank if it doesn't have a constant flow of traffic.

Do you go out of your way to subscribe to similar channels, or channels that seem to be your target audience? This will give you exposure and will help you get new subscribers. And as above, post your videos in various places :)

No one has mentioned content. You need good content for this to work.

YouTube has a creators playbook you can download in pdf version, get that and do what it says. They have a lot of resources to try and help you he successful.

Keywords and proper tagging is number 1 priority. If you have shit tags, 1k views from posting on a forum wont help you rise because you wont get any views from related videos. 88% of my views comes from kickass seo.

What kinda videos do you make and what's your monthly revenue? And what are some seo techniques?

i make clickbait. an extreme variety of stuff. everything. ive made memes, ive made gaming vids, ive made tutorials, ive done a shitload. ive learned it doesnt matter what you make. what matters is that you like what you make or are the best at it. as for techniques, copy tags from popular videos related to yours. invest time in proper keyword research. set yourself up for a youtube funnel that traps a user on your channel once they get there by having keywords specific to your channel. Also look into what proxies can do for you. consistency is key. never stop uploading. its a numbers game my man. get to 20 vids and youll be way better off than where you are now. get 100 vids and youll be better off than 80.

Are all your views organic?

Find someone here to rank your videos for selected keywords of your liking.
Make sure to trust someone with some reputation.

Or... you could do it yourself, use the search function :)

Unless you do proper research before creating vids you will always find yourself in similar situation.
