There are text to speech apps that sound pretty much like a person, but they are expensive and some have limitations to how many clips you can use etc with each plan. They also require providing details on how you plan to use the service etc. One example is https://www.sonantic.io/

I just wanted to be sure if robotic voice still works or not. If not then I'll try to use my own voice.

I read all thread, and you said no to every suggestions, it feels like you shouldnt do YouTube, coz somewhere i feel you are not comfortable with lot of things.
The Suggestions given by members are most simplest and easiest yet great ones.

Thats my thought, and one more thing, people from 3rd world have proved to be much much better on youtube and other social platforms.See the volume.

You can just create a slideshow video, stock photo video, or animated video. Then you really need to attract people with the sound or your voice. If you are looking for a tool to use, try Lumen5.

Made me laugh, op can try screen record videos and use your voice buddy, if you worry about language you can use the one you confident with.

I have seen people doing well on yt using their local dialect

Hey if you dont want to show your face you can always go with the classic brown paper bag. just cut some holes for your eyes. LOL

Rub you can up ideas like: The Mask of Zorro or the Joker.
nobody saw their face literally.
sometimes attract large views

I think it is better to use your own voice you can speak yes that is easy.
The not so easy part is; where I get lots of free clips to embed in a video?
There are big youtube channels who have lots of videos without have face on cam.

@splishsplash, nothing bad will happen...​

I not sure there are good videos young videos with only have 260 views and others who have the same age they have 5000 views or more, I do not know why, on same topic same niche. I think ( I hope I be wrong)
when you not have a photogen face people will not like your video.

Make a video 5-8 minutes long needs a lot of free clips, imagine you create 3 videos each week you need hundreds of such free clips.

Where to get them recommendations?

meditation / inspiration videos
commentary videos
cooking vids

Tons of others

Not to mention, explainer/whiteboard/cartoon vids
