How to make PayPal Stealth account?

Hey guys,

Can anyone please share their own experience of creating a PayPal stealth account, I am in need of that. I have the RDP of the USA and I am also working on movie websites so I just don't want to leave any footprints. I have read 2-3 guides here but most of them are now expired.
This is the guide which I found is useful but the thing is it requires app like text now to get the phone number. Is there any alternative to get the phone number if us without downloading the app on phone?

What I do? Buy SSN from darknet and make verified acc using VBA and VCC. Right now using 6 personal and 1 business acc to receive website payment. All are good.

Thank you for the information brother. Also, what's the price of SSN?
 
1. You need to get/buy fullz (yea, i know it's illegal but there's no way to create USA paypal accounts without SSN)
2. You need to have a VBA to fully verify the account. You cannot use your balance if you cannot verify the account with bank and DOB - or this the socalled PayPal Cash Account
3. Get a real phone number to verify the account. You can later on add a google voice or textnow number
4. Get AVS VCC to verify the address
5. Get Residential or Mobile IP Address Proxy. Do not use the default IP of that RDP (it's darn risky).
 
Keep in mind that when you create a business account that PayPal will manually review it once it reaches a certain limit.

are you using all those 6 accounts personal and 1 business with same ip??

No. All different IP. And the business PayPal is with VPS. Though the Business PayPal got permanently limited. I am using more then 100+ personal PayPal account right now.

You guys are maybe better off buying stealth paypal account then creating one, at least in start of your journeys.
