How to make Google Knowledge Panel visible?

It is interesting that google automatically found all social media profiles and attached them to this knowledge panel, but the it still does not appear when you just type a name and surname on the google search. It kinda solved it itself. Since I have an IMDb profile it took the biography from there and the knowledge panel now appears also when I only type my name on google. BUT this works only on the Google Search USA for me. On other languages like Google Germany or Switzerland I still have this issue that it only shows my panel when I search for „who is [myName]“. I‘m not sure how to fix this problem..
