How to make google adwords accounts with thresholds in 2019?

Hello,

Is there a right way to make and run google adwords accounts in 2019? I have gone through a good bunch of posts here and all of them have different methods and logic behind creating accounts and using vcc or cards.

I am totally new to the google adwords marketing and would really appreciate if someone can guide me on how to create google accounts w/ thresholds.

Is there any method that delivers slight success?
 
I use international business debit cards. I have access to a bunch of them and can get a new card after every couple of days.

I dont know any method but i m taking these accounts from a guy and running my campaigns and we are doing 50 50 of the revenue. So I notice that he is using very old adwords account like from 2014 and 2015. And I already used few accounts from him and never faced any suspenssion. So you can try with old account.

What are the thresholds on this accounts and which country are they from?

Sorry bro I can't give you his details because he has very few accounts. The main thing is you cant find old adwords account.

Several methods are there if you can check back posts related to Adwords on BHW.
 
I have access to old dated and thresholded accounts. Germany accounts and has a threshold of 300 €.
 
Finally after 6 months research I am able to create with the ratio of 60%
 
Do you think buying google accounts would be better?
