How to make google adwords accounts with thresholds in 2019?

Hello,

Is there a right way to make and run google adwords accounts in 2019? I have gone through a good bunch of posts here and all of them have different methods and logic behind creating accounts and using vcc or cards.

I am totally new to the google adwords marketing and would really appreciate if someone can guide me on how to create google accounts w/ thresholds.

So I notice that he is using very old adwords account like from 2014 and 2015. And I already used few accounts from him and never faced any suspenssion. So you can try with old account.

Sorry bro I can't give you his details because he has very few accounts. The main thing is you cant find old adwords account.

better create a new fresh account and start with low threshold you'll get better result.
