Go on Fiverr and let someone program that, i spent whole day looking for it, only solution was take screenshot as thumbnails or fiverr.

You can use tubebuddy etc to capture a frame of your video and add text etc to it. Takes 2-3 minutes per thumbnail if you looking for bulk.

Then just make a template / SOP and hire a VA if you want to scale the F out of it.
