Here’s the challenge:

Let’s say you already have a lot of photos, videos, and voice samples of a person. The goal is to create a short, natural-looking verification clip — but specifically in the Telegram “video message” format (the little circle). Something simple like:

• “Hi, I’m real” with a smile
• or holding a piece of paper with a tag/name

The key point: it should look 100% natural, as if it was shot directly on a phone.


So my questions are:

• What’s the most effective workflow to make this believable?
• Which tools are currently best for syncing voice + lips + micro-expressions?
• How can you add natural camera shake, blinking, gestures so it doesn’t look stiff?
