I heard that Ebay and Paypal "bans" your ip address. So how can I make a new Ebay and Paypal account?

I heard of using Virtual Credit Cards and Virtual Bank accounts, but I live in Canada and they are only for the states? I also heard of stealth accounts, although I am not sure what they are.

Just do some google searches on stealth accounts and you will find all of the information. It is very easy to go stealth.

A "stealth" account is a general term for anyone who thinks they are being sneaky.

I have a more formal legal approach to things, but for the most part, have all new information and don't share any information at all as your previous account and you will be alright.
