You should probably advice OP considering BEGGING along the busy streets. It WORKS for everyone
What are your main skills?
Try to find work in those skills instead of learning new skill.
If provide details about your skillset, people can provide better advice.
Like you said your English is not very good, so content writing is out of question.

You mean web development or just WP sites?
Generally sites on CMS, but I know HTML, CSS and a little bit JS
I think you can start offering website building or website maintaining services.
Fiverr and upwork are competitive places. You will have difficulty finding orders there.
You can try your local area businesses.

If you just need $200 a month to get going, why not try reselling free shopify software that can be found here on the forum.
Someone did a really good journey a few months ago (don't know if anyone can help me out with which one that was??) but it is a simple method that doesn't require any investment capital and can easily make you $200 per month.
The basic idea is getting some shopify themes that can be found here for free, downloading them and making a bundle you upload to mega. Then you go to relevant facebook groups and reddit channels and offer to web developers there the bundle cheap.
You can get a few sales a day and make $200 a week from what the guy who made the journey said.
It's not very complicated and will give you a direct route to earning money without having to build anything or invest anything.
After you have some income coming in, then you can look at more complicated ways to make more money.
Hopefully someone knows the journey I'm talking about.. it had hundreds of likes.

Have you tried to do translation from Kaz to Eng and Eng to Kaz or Eng Rus - Rus Eng?
I would also advise you to stay where you feel comfortable, but if you simply can't do it I will also advise you to search the forum and look for some other methods.

Not to be funny and sorry if you are disabled.
But when looking for work online

This has nothing to do with any of it, apart from already setting your self up to fail with excuses and reasons not to do anything.
If you want to work, you need to put the time in and make it happen. Upwork takes time to land your first client and it all depends what you are trying to land job wise and how you go about pitching NOT to mention you need to learn what posts on there are to avoid!

If you want to make a living online then freelance writting is always a good idea. There as a post here about how to get an upwork account and you can start off there. It really works. You can then start your writting journey and make some cash. It is however not easy.

I do not know why people are always a fraid of making money through youtube. You guys should give it a try because it has worked quite well for me. All that you have to do is make videos of the most popular things and most of the time what works best are lyric videos. People really want that.
