How to make a blog?

I thought that was question, but the fact that it isnt and ppl are kind of banging heads in this thread is amusing.

Yes, blogger is a free alternative but I will recommend wordpress to everyone, it offers a range of customization options

Never go with xh ap hosting plan as it will ruin the speed of the blog which is one of the factors affecting the ranking of the blog.
