by unlocking the roots we cant use wifi , it just damages the components , I had tried one time ,it damaged by phone .

Doing research should be more than entering a few keywords in amazon store, you should understand the subject before giving suggestions about the hardware. that's a home router you suggested, overpriced and total overkill. whaaa I can only imagine how a room would look like having 20-30 of those placed there lol.
For proxies, Huawei dongles or small wifi modems have the best price/usage ratio.
My favorite picks - huawei E3372h, E5577 and E5573.

I have no idea what you did but probably just try again and avoid doing stuff on your own head, you do not need to root the phone to use it as a proxy, the link I provided has full manual and script provided to make your android phone work as a proxy.

On other hand..
Dongles and wifi modems can be easily connected to the computer by USB and they will work by default.
Can you suggest how OP can handle .. lets say 2 of your suggested rooters from his computer to have internet connection from both of them at the same time?
And while we are at it - please suggest how he can rotate the IP address. Because for huawei modems its easy, would love to hear suggestions for Yeacomm.

So you suggest OP to spend his money on hardware you cant even give primitive suggestion of how to connect it to the computer?
Would there be a chance that you have no idea how to do it and if that is even possible?

This depends on your carrier. Some carriers seem to reserve an IP for you for longer, others will assign you a new IP address each time you connect. Up to you to test this:
1. Insert your SIM into any mobile connected device
2. Visit a website that shows you your IP
3. Enable airplane mode
4. Wait X seconds
5. Disable airplane mode
6. Has your IP changed?
7. ???
8. PROFIT
If the IP didn't change, repeat with longer offline interval.
Speaking of SIM cards and carriers. Do you know that you can order a data SIM from your carrier for a tiny monthly fee? They can provide you with an additional SIM with data capabilities only which is exactly what you need. These are tied to your current plan and are commonly used in cars, teapots, sex-toys with data connectivity... and in 4G proxy setups
Costs me about $5 per month for each additional data SIM. Negotiate with your carrier and see if they can bring the price down.But before you go all crazy with your shopping list though, start experimenting with the set up that you already have. Firstly, get Linux. Secondly, buy a dongle that works out-of-the-box or a dongle that you can flash with firmware that will allow you to run AT commands. 4PDA forum + Google Translate are the friends you need to get started here.
This journey won't be easy, especially if you don't have a tech background. Me and a mate did a little something with 4G proxies two years ago and there were no quick and easy solutions that we could find out there back then, so we had to write all scripts on our own. I would recommend you to look for a guide online, something that you can easily follow to get things working because otherwise there's a steep learning curve ahead.

Good suggestion, I could add - never say your carrier that you need them for proxies, they will not like it. Say that you work for a client as software engineer and you are creating a project where you need to test multiple devices at the same time, etc. I just did this story 10 minutes ago to get 10 additional sims for dirt cheap from a new carrier.

There are services that allows you to create mobile proxy using your phone. You don’t need any programming skills to do it. Proxy traffic will go through mobile internet on the phone.
IP rotation usually takes some seconds. But there are mobile carriers that change IP not immediately, but after being in airplane mode for some seconds, even minutes. You can simply check this moment without proxy in the browser on your phone. Check IP in the phone's browser. Turn on airplane mode, wait some seconds, turn off airplane mode. Refresh page in the browser and check if IP changed. You can increase time in airplane mode and check.

I have been searching on the internet for dongles, but the price for dongles is 50 USD,
they are cheaper on Aliexpress (20 USD) but the speed is a lot lower with the cheap ones.
And the Huawei e3372h is 50+ USD on amazon.
Small wifi modems are literally cheaper, they go for 40+ USD in store, and about 25 USD on aliexpress
What price would you suggest is okay to pay for huawei dongles (new or used, doesnt matter)?
Today I found a raspberry Pi 4B 4 GB (they didnt have 2 GB) + full starter kit from OKDO for 170 USD - thinking about buying it tomorrow.

yeah... I dont have a tech background and I already see a lot of difficult challenges just researching parts that would work for my setup.
nah, that requires me to pay every month for the application to do its job (could literally buy proxies, it would almost be cheaper). It adds up quickly if you have multiple ones, like 5+ or more
and these apps usually come with a MASSIVE price too
but thank you for the suggestion, when I first heard about this a week ago I thought it would be amazing since I still have a couple old smartphones a previous project, but then saw the prices they ask and I was like: nope, nope, nope
will remember this gem once I got shopping for multiple sim cards

Im buying them locally as low as $10/dongle. Don't go online, look around locally.
