Hi

I have been working as SEO specialist for five years.
Now I am SEO team leader at digital marketing agency
but I feel I need to make my level up and learn more advanced skills and unique tactics
How can I do this?
How to be a master in the SEO field.

The kitty is right. However, what would improve your skills is testing. Endless testing because SEO evolves all the time.
 
It's a journey. Everything we do fades in the rearview mirror. Methods change. platforms change. That means our skills need to change too.... I don't know about being "the best," but what you can do is become good at the specific skills you need for your job or for yourself personally. That means going out there and trying things, new things... because no one is in the situation as you - so no one can say exactly what will benefit you the best.

Trial and error. A lot of coffee (or tea, or whatever)..... And learn to just enjoy it. because this stuff here, it's a heartbreaker for all of us.
 
Start to teach people. This should improve your skill as they will start to ask you all kind of questions. The second thing you should do is networking. Nothing beats a bottle of whiskey at midnight with like minded people in the same niche.
 
Performing seo experiment every single month.

Until you can label yourself as seo scientist ‍


 
Seo is always evolving and innovative platform, there is no end. You have to enhance your skill every time. Keep reading SEO-related articles, videos, and do it. Remember always spend 2x time for practicing.
