It's a journey. Everything we do fades in the rearview mirror. Methods change. platforms change. That means our skills need to change too.... I don't know about being "the best," but what you can do is become good at the specific skills you need for your job or for yourself personally. That means going out there and trying things, new things... because no one is in the situation as you - so no one can say exactly what will benefit you the best.

Trial and error. A lot of coffee (or tea, or whatever)..... And learn to just enjoy it. because this stuff here, it's a heartbreaker for all of us.

Start to teach people. This should improve your skill as they will start to ask you all kind of questions. The second thing you should do is networking. Nothing beats a bottle of whiskey at midnight with like minded people in the same niche.
