I built some lens on Squidoo to get backlinks for my site. After built lens, I bookmarked and built backlinks for them...But after few months Google still index these lens. Why? And what I have to do?
Exactly. Squidoo may let you publish the lens but that doesn't mean it will automatically get indexed. Low quality lenses will have the 'robots no index' tag to tell the search engines not to index the site. Try updating your lenses and adding more quality content that is user friendly. Once you've done this, publish again and it should be indexed. You can also try tweeting your lens url and sharing on facebook which should help to get it indexed quickly. Quality is key
Squidoo has been a real bear over the last year to get content to a place where it is indexed, but at the same time their guidelines have not changed all that much.
There is a nice step by step guide on how to build a lens and they do share a number of reasons why you should build content on squidoo. If you still have issues building your own lens, there are a number of folks who offer this type of service like, Squidoo Lens Creation, Elance, and a simple google search will net you lots of options. (please note I am not affiliated with any of the listed services, so this is not necessarily my recommendation, just what is out there.)

The best approach in this situation would be to adding those lenses with quality content once a week(at least) & then do backlinking such as bookmarking, forum profile links & signature, blog commenting, feed creation & submission etc.
