You'll have to contact the owners of those services and share why they should be using your service to resell to their customers.

I'm sure that is one offers a significantly better product, or significantly lower pricing, they could create business relationships with the owners.

But how can i approach them. there is proper communication channel to contact them. any idea ?
 
It's like a job application, no guarantee that you'd be contacted back just because you've emailed a few. You want a better chance of being contacted? Build a portfolio, have data and show that what you have yields significant results. Not saying it'll be a guarantee, but it'll make you seem more competent and actually get the right people looking in your direction. Plus it always helps to show you have some data to backup your claims or generally show that you'd be an asset worth having onboard. That or you could collaborate with small-time services or ones that are just starting out.
