How to integrate cpa networks api's on website ?

Hello Guys
I wanted to create a "offerwall" type ads on my Comming website.
I am having difficulty understanding how to attribute (and show) "points" to users
who click links (and make the right action) with API's and postback.
Can You Give Me any suggestions or some tutorial to better understand how to do this?
It would be of great help.
i used mycred and i chose cpagrip and adworkmedia
I have a little idea I would like to try out then share if successful.
