How to index t.co short link in Google

Hi,
I'm specially interested to index t.co short link (example: https:// t.co/XYZ123 ) (which is 301 redirect) that twitter auto-creates when we post normal site link on twitter status/posts. I've seen following two kinds of t.co links indexed on Google:

https:// t.co/XYZ123 and https:// t.co/XYZ123&amp=1

Last month I used the above t.co link with a href hyperlink on my wordpress blog post with various external links. Those external links got indexed in due course, but Google does not indexes t.co link hard-coded in that blog post.

Except those auto-indexing tools, or indexing services, is there any other way to index t.co short link?

any help would be appreciated.

just google this:

site:t.co

and you'll tons of t.co urls getting indexed, everyday!

I did out of curiosity and found just 2 - not tons

click on show omitted results, and you will see lots of them
