How to index new posts

is the content good?
I used to use a short twitter tweet to index new posts, sometimes it worked.
Or just use an indexer like gindex.me
It’s a very cheap one and the index rate is quite good if the content has a good quality

Indeed it is now blocked (probably for the same reason).

You can create a sitemap to your blog with the help of different plugins like Yoast. Go to yourblog.com/sitemap.xml where you can find an XML file listing all the pages on your blog once you activate the plugin and enable the sitemap feature on it. Go to Sitemaps in the Crawl section of the Google Search Console. Enter the sub-URL of the sitemap there and hit Submit.
