You're fine adding it to Webmaster Tools. That just lets you see what Google knows about your site and you can add your sitemap, too. As Jesse550 mentioned, share the link on Google+ and it should be at least crawled quickly (indexing can take a little longer).
Then block GoogleBot! 
Whether you sign into webmaster tools or not, they still have the same information about your site.
If you don't sign in, you can't use it to your advantage and won't get notifications if there's a problem with your site (crawl, html or penalty - if it's a penalty-related message you miss, you'll then be wondering why your rankings have plummeted and not get a heads up).
(Obviously, I was joking about blocking Googlebot.)

I wonder how people still manages NOT to index in google!!! Every single one of my websites where indexed right after I installed robots meta and sitemap.xml 's!
if you also put google analytics and webmasters tools then the indexing is faster than light!

Make few bookmarks in reputable sites like Digg, Delicious, Stumble upon, etc.
grav6, its obviously not the same information they get. If you sign up for GWT or Analytics you have to include their code on your website, thus granting their access to additional information you don't really like to give them.
Its like handing the keys to your house to the local burglar.

The string of text is to verify you own the site (you don't even need to put the code on your site directly, it can be a DNS entry), otherwise anyone could add any site to GWMT and use it to their advantage. They don't get anything additional, it's security for you. It's not the same as "handing the keys to your house to the local burglar", it's like showing ID to prove who you are.

They do have additional information. When signing up to analytics they get access to data for the bounce rate of your website which is critical indicator in the after panda period.
There is plenty of other small useful tools you can use to show you errors on your website.
You simply don't really want to mess with ANY of their businesses EVER, if you think about it.

You're very paranoid, overly paranoid. The meta tag (or file, it's just text, not a script!) just service as verification and provide no additional access. I've had my sites linked up for many years and no problems. (Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools.)

Algorithms are based on data. How would G know about the bounce rate on your website if not using analytics?
Using blackhat techniques and willingly submitting your information may lead to trouble sooner or later.

Let's get back on track, as you've taken it off track with Analytics (but still paranoid).
The OP was on about being worried over GWMT. It'll be fine. You can add your sitemap (but Google probably already knows about it, you can then just see what it's doing with it). OP, if you're using a CMS/blog with a sitemap plugin, then this will notify Google (and probably Bing) every time your site's updated, so it knows to visit to crawl for new content. This should help you get indexed quickly. Along with making a Google+ page for your site and sharing your updates. It's safe; Google encourages businesses/sites to make Google+ pages. When you share a link on Google+, GoogleBot will visit to check the link is valid and if it's new, most likely index it (unless it's a very bad page).

Now a days Google trying to people..I'm not sure you heard about Google warning the users about abnormal linking to their sites(the one who use webmaster tools)..I can wait for some time by using G+ status..don't want google to screw me using the analytics and webmaster tools
