For lookerstudio the best url format to use is the /s/blahblah format, which you can get from share > get report link
As far as indexing goes, the usual options apply - indexing services, backlink on Google News website, spam links. If in doubt check the backlink profile of some of the lookerstudio urls that are ranking.

Well it's possible to build such links for free - submitting blog comments, guestbook comments, urls in spammed forum threads etc, but I'd say it's not really worth your time when your average indexing service is between around $0.05 and $0.30, with some services offering returned credits if you're not indexed.
