How to increase Website DA ?

Bad quality backlinks can hurt not help. Quality over quantity here. Do you monitor there effect on metrics?

Try focusing more long tail keywords in content, improve your social pages, optimize page speed. Build only relevant and decent quality backlinks.
 
The best way to increase DA is decreasing the total number of pages form website & increasing backlink for remaining page
 
Definitely Your Backlinks are low quality
I have 31 DA for my client's website which has backlinks from 700+ domains and few of them are sht backlinks made long time ago.

We are analyzing all the parameters and backlinks.
 
Choose a better domain and also you may do link building services, automatically increases your DA to the site.

Giving best and quality content on uer site will surely help to increase the site DA. Also increase the frequency of publishing more. Generating high quality links for uer site can also be very helpful in increasing it.
 
Don't go for metrics. Just build relevant links from high quality sites and you will see the results :)
I have seen sites with high DA with just profile backlinks and a site with just one dof0llow link outranking the the high da site.

your site DA is still 27 and after 3000+ backlinks your site is not ranking. So, the biggest mistake you might be making is this: your backlinks is not quality backlinks and the other mistake is non niche relevant sites. If you fix these two errors, your site can rank better.
 
da is a vanity metric from moz, stop chasing it and focus on actual traffic/rankings instead

Focus on getting fewer but higher quality referring domain .DA grow relevance backlink then from a large backlink count.
 
Focus on the quality of the links and content . 3k links is a huge quantity
 
I think backlink quality matters more than the total number I'd probably start by checking where those links are coming from
 
I agree that improving DA takes time and consistent effort. Quality backlinks and relevant content usually make a bigger difference than chasing numbers.
