I am also new to SEO, but I have learned that focusing on quality content, using relevant keywords naturally, and improving site speed can help increase organic traffic. Consistency also seems important.

That’s a solid approach. Focusing on quality content, clean on-page SEO, proper internal linking, and building relevant backlinks naturally is still the safest way to grow traffic long term without risks.
 
There must be hundreds of other sites doing the same thing like yours. Think about why your website is unique and stress about it in as many ways as you can - preferably without words. Don't design your website inspired by your competitors because it's proven to be working. Don't just publish rewritten content from them. Don't post content for same set of topics or keywords. In a nut shell, don't create another site like hundred others. Be unique and say it out loud through your website design, content, and features.
 
Start with the basics like make your pages well-optimized, write helpful content, use the right keywords, and keep your website simple and organized. Then keep posting regularly in your niche.

Hey, I am also a beginner, but white hat SEO works best with quality content, keyword research, proper on-page SEO, fast loading site, and backlinks from trusted sites. Consistency and patience really matter for organic traffic growth over time.
 
To build authorithy first to get in fast way out of google sandbox and good seo ranking, for this I wonder that the numbers of pilla rpages on your site matters? Since when have a good number of pillar pages matters for seo? Look at Hubspot a master in this fiels now they have a big max menu, I wonder....... I guess all these links in that menu are pillar pages ???

Your website must act like a repository of Q&A for your niche.

The way I do it is by applying a tool I built that created a graph around the entire website, building clusters of content, and then it finds relationships and expands for other topics.

This is great as a blueprint of the website. Once complete I then move from cluster to cluster and write content that suits the niche, always having in mind that Google AI Overviews will look for identifiable answers.

At this stage the website I am working on works as a passive source of truth. To make it usable and bring traffic, I then use the Q&A in reverse to look for questions or related topics on where the audience is (topically Facebook, X and Reddit)
 
I hope you don’t have thin content issues. If your articles just repeat what is already on the front page, Google has no reason to rank you. And focus on information gain, adding a unique detail or personal insight that isn't in the other top results.

I also use content clusters instead of random posts. I pick one main topic and cover every specific question about it, linking all those articles together. This builds topical authority much faster than scattered keywords.

The more Q&A content you have on your site , the more AI overview steals it from you I would say.
