How to Increase Hops?

Hi, so it is close to the 90 day mark where Clickbank will start charging me if I don't make a sale (aka dormant account). I can outsource or write my own articles and pre-sell good but I can't get much hops I used to use Facebook ads but that is way to expensive and costs me more than I made. Any other suggestions? Thanks
