Of course it's worth nothing. The web url on it's own isn't worth anything either unless you can find someone who want's it. Now all you want to do to increase a websites worth is by monetizing it. You will want to drive traffic lots of it, a constant flow. Then try to convert that traffic into cash! Once you make some cash take 3months worth of earnings then multiply that by 3 then ask for around that figure. This has to be a constant income for the past 6-12 months, not just your most recent.
So if your on $100 pm you would want to ask for around $1000 that's a very, very, very rough guide. Too many factors to take into consideration. Btw the earnings has to be from "ad" traffic non of this cpa offers and misleading crap. Someone who wants to buy your site needs to know that they can buy it, do little work and have a healthy ROI or else they won't be interested, unless the site name is of utter most importance to them.
We are not in the golden age of buying sites and selling them on for 10's of thousands because of their catchy domain. So you must work on your sites. There are places that will evaluate your site for you, but again they take into account a lot of factors. So get to work and rank that site!
