How to Increase DA/TF/PA the Cheap Way

Hi,

I am working on an experiment and would like to test if it's possible to increase the most popular metrics with relative spammy backlinks and without de-indexing a site from Google.

Can anyone recommend a handful of cheap services that will increase DA/TF/PA from 1 to about 20? I don't want to pay more than $10 for a package.

I am doing this, because of two reasons:

First: To see how much I should/must pay to boost a burn and churn site, and how long I can expect the site to rank.

Second: To test how reliable the common metrics really are and how to manipulate them without de-indexing a site.

Like I said: It's an experiment and I don't want to spend more than $10 on each package and see what the overall results are.
