How to inbox Gmail? Need help.

Hey I know there are a lot to say about it, I think I've read every post on BHW I could find, still didn't solve my problem.

So I'm using Sendy+AmazonSES and send 400-1200 emails/day. It's not a lot, bounce rate is <5%, my domain has good reputation, it's not on blacklists etc. Mail tester gave me 9/10 when sending email manually. When I send with AmazonSES, my emails started getting to spam/promotions tab.

And recently opening rate was 70%, now it's 20% maximum. So I lost a lot of opens overnight, after months of sending.

Can anyone provide solution/help me out to keep hitting gmail inbox and get my good opening rate back?

Advertise on BHW
You can try with Sendgrid. Try to avoid spammy keywords to get better inbox.
 
You can solve promotion problem just by changing the content and removing the type of words like deal,offer ETC from the title.

Change your mail content. Gmail flaged it as spam. It's very hard to send to google inbox. The most important thing is to have reputable domain. For example take facebook. They are allowed to send billions of mails per hour and they all go in inbox. So yeah, I would say google gives big importance to the domain score

so think even DEEPER, jesus christ dude "I did it a few times..." and then you gave up. You think this sh*t is easy? Do better!
 
A lot of this is in the content of your emails. Try rewording your
emails and make sure to make it sound human-like and not full of
marketing jargon so it can bypass spam triggers.
