How to implement Cloaking Techniques?

I have seen a site that has been using cloaking techniques which I cant figure out how it has been implemented. In the google serps, the site on its opening gets redirected to another url which is a store. There are many other sites in the ranking which gets redirected to the same store itself. How to implement this Black hat tactic ?
