How to "hit" USA on Instagram?

If you want your account to be on USA section, simply follow, interact and engage with USA accounts and also post USA related posts.
This works perfectly for new accounts, so that you have a reasonable number of your reach from USA. But it is very rear to have more than 61% USA on an account though.

you can go and search for locations (within Instagram) and start engaging with people from there

For example if I want to post reels,I should first engage with USA community then start posting.Also will proxies/geo changing locators help?

Maybe less than 5%. If you engage with people on those locations, the algo will pick on that and will recommend same type of content you've engaged
