How To Grow YouTube Subscribers and Exposure ?

Hello Guys,

Last night i create a youtube channel and i want to make my channel famous. But i don't know much how to increase Subscribers. I am submitting these videos on tumblr, reddit facebook and google + too. Please let me know how to grow youTube subscribers and what type of tags i need to rank in youtube search.

Hope you guys will help me regarding this topic and will give me advice.
