Also, make sure you optimize your titles, descriptions, and tags using high-volume keywords. Consistency is key, keep posting
Relax this is just beginning of your channel don't be to quick on it. Stay calm and consistent, continue posting videos make your content more engaging. You have also work on your video editing skills also to make your video more better. The art or editing videos can give the more views and engaging. Youtube channel don't grow much faster sometimes. It tooks couple of months to get a good reach. If you stay consistent and continuously posting your content you can get the target.

Having 10 subs in a month is completely normal, the key right now is to focus on a hyper-specific niche, optimize high-CTR thumbnails and titles to get clicks, and use Shorts as a funnel for quick subs while maximizing retention on long form videos to earn watch hours for monetization.
I think the first few months r mostly an education of what works. Try different topics, formats nd posting times nd then amplify the videos that get the best response. Growth on you tube is generally slow at first but consiistency really does pay off.

I think it's better to keep things simple at the beginning. Use each account like a normal user and let them grow gradually instead of rushing the process.
