I have created my YouTube channel for about one month, but i only have 10 subscribers, every video only has a few views, how can i grow more subscribers and make money from YouTube?

We've all been there. The first month is always the hardest because the algorithm doesn't know who to show your videos to. My advice: stop focusing on the sub count. Focus on CTR (thumbnails) and retention. Answer specific questions people are typing into the search bar. The money will follow.

You can grow your channel and get monetized but for that your video quality should be high. If theres competition in your niche you will need to create better videos than your competitors. However if your videos arenot in demand in the market it will be hard to grow. My opinion is that if you are good in your niche just stay consistent but if not move to a niche where there’s less competition and more growth potential.

1 month is still very early. It usually takes around 1–6 months before you start seeing any real push from the algorithm. Just stay consistent and keep improving your content with every upload. Try jumping on trending topics as well. Even one video hitting the algo can bring in a lot of views, subs, and watch time. Once something works, analyze it and make more similar content, but better each time. That’s how you grow faster.

You’re still super early, so don’t stress about the numbers yet. Most channels sit at low views for a while. I’d say focus less on “making money” right now and more on figuring out what kind of content people actually watch and try to catch trends. After couple of succesfull videos you can try to get your first money from youtube
