how to grow facebook page ?

Why do you want to grow a Facebook page? Right now where reach is close to zero it's really not worth investing time and money to build up pages. For example, page likes should be just a 'by-product' of advertising a higher level that gives you more for your ad spend.

OP, I was wondering the same, although I need it more for "social proof". I will also try jarvee in a day or two, maybe that will help grow Facebook page. But I do agree that facebook page reach is on a lower end of the spectrum at this moment.

Make posts on the page. Share posts from page into any groups that are relevant to your niche. This funnels people in like crazy.
As jul3s said above, though, page reach is dead. You will want to have a pinned post at the top of your page funneling people somewhere else (site where you capture emails, insta, YouTube, a fbook group you started, etc).
Most niches have dozen of relevant groups you can post in.
