How to go about creating a contest? $$$

I am fairly new to this website, only a couple months old "NEWBIE". However I am a big fan of the postings and information that is shared in this forum.

I cant say I have much experience with SEO, but I do work for a company that embraces competitions. This Thread is to find out if Blackhat accepts threads that offer cash prices in a competition setting.

Our company has a new website we wish to advertise and bring users to it. I though since this forum has the best SEO individuals in the industry why not make it interesting and create a cash price award to the team with the best conversion rate. But prior to doing that I would like to know if it is allowed.
