How To Give Seed In Utorrent/Bittorrent????

i read all topics about share cash/torrent/T P B/click bank/c p a/r a r/password...
but still dont know how to Give Seed to Torrent File in U torrent/Bit torrent...
Please Help !!!!!!!!!!:help:

1. open utorrent
2. click on "file" and select "create new torrent"
(The "create new torrent" window pops up)
3. Choose if you want to create torrent from a file or a directory

File = single file such as .exe or .rar
Directory = the entire contents of a folder

4. browse to file or directory and select it
5. Tick the box that says "start seeding" if not already ticked
6. Click on "Create and Save as..."
7. Choose where to save torrent file and "save"
8. Realize that google is your friend

i.e.- google+how do I make a torrent? = About 600,000,000 results

Try for content that people want like TV shows. If you can get the new episode out before everyone else, then it will be popular.
