This is nothing new, but I keep seeing posts asking things like: "I can't get my site indexed.", "Why isn't my site indexed?", "It's been 3 days and my site still isn't indexed.", "How come g00gle hasn't indexed my site." Whenever I put up a new site it's usually indexed within a few hours. That's without even submitting the site to g00gle. It will take longer to get it to rank high, but that is a different topic. If you want your sites to be indexed fast all you need to do is have one established blog that g00gle likes. Set up a whitehat wp site. Pick a topic that is interesting enough that you can write a new article at least once ever week or two. An entertainment or news related blog is best because you can just look at current events and rewrite your own article easily, and people are always searching for that stuff. Fill it up with about 10 articles to start, they don't need to be real long, 100-200 words is more than enough, but don't just write crap. Then do some basic seo, you don't have to spend a lot of time on it. Just do the basic stuff. Make sure you have a good title, description, and keywords in the header. Be sure to add keywords when you write your articles. And use one of the social bookmarking services here on BHW to get some backlinks. Just a low price package will work fine. Then just add a new article once a day for a few days, then at least once a week for a few more weeks, then couple times a month, then just whenever you think of something. This whole process should require very little time investment. You're not wanting to take time away from your money making projects. If you do it right you the blog should end up in the first few pages of g00gle without really trying. I always end up on page one within a few days or a week, but it doesn't really matter all that much. Add the page to g00gle analytics, and then about a week later, add some adsense to the page, but just on the side bar. You want it to look like a legitimate info source, keep the monetization to a minimum. Your blog should start improving in rank within the first month or so naturally. It doesn't have to become a high traffic site, even 20 or 30 natural hits a day is enough. Once you have done that, you have a good backlink site. Whenever you make a new website, promote it on your blog just like it is any other story. "Hey I just came across this new site and it is pretty interesting. Its about blah, blah, blah. Here is the link" Once you post the article about the new site on your whitehat blog, it should get indexed the next time g00gle crawls the blog. Usually within a few hours.
I have a question How do you get a page rank, and index in google search engines quickly? How long can it take 1 month?
Time varies. But unless you want to flipp your site you should concentrate on getting ranked high instead. Good ranking=good money (if everything done right, like choosing buyer keywords, etc.)
Exactly, and then after that site starts ranking high, you can use it to help get your new sites indexed faster. If you have a hosting account, then no matter what other projects you are working on, you should have at least one site that has some real content. If you work it just a little then that site will increasing in rank and traffic over time. It's like building a foundation. This isn't going to help during your first month, or with your very first sites, but over time this will make it faster for getting your other new sites going. The sooner you start it, the sooner it will help you.
Wouldn't it be easier to just buy an existing site with some pr for like $25? But...if we start adding outbound links at a rate of 50+ a week, couldn't the site get demoted (ie, not crawled very often)?
Yeah you could buy one if you wanted but would probably cost more than $25 if it is already set up right. If not then you would still have to spend time working on it, so not really worth the money. Since the site should be set up as a reporting/review site. No it shouldn't hurt you. I'm not building anywhere close to 50 new sites a week, but even if you are it shouldn't hurt you. Associated Content is getting WAAAAY more than 50 new outboud links per week. Do you think it is hurting their ranking at all? Just be sure that you write decent articles. You aren't just adding outbound links. You are creating new articles with outbound links in them. So if you are adding 50+ sites a week, that means you are adding 50+ articles a week as far as g00gle is concerned. If anything it should get the g00glebot crawling your site more often. I would recommend, no matter how many articles you are writing to promote the new sites, you still keep writing a few articles on general news and entertainment.
How fast could you rank for a keyword top 5 with a blogger blog? A good keyword that gets around 500-5000 searches a month.
I would recommend google's pinging tool! Code: http://blogsearch.google.com/ping I am using it and it works perfectly for any site. No need of blog! My content gets indexed within 10 mins after pinging through this tool! I experimented many times and all time this tool helped me alot! Just make a try and let me know what you think! Another good set of instructions is Yukinari84's tutorial: [TUTORIAL] How to get your backlinks indexed fast.
I would focus on getting a quality page rank, rather than worry about getting ranked quickly. Think about it this way. What would the point be of only trying to get indexed fast, if you're on page 500. You'll get almost no hits. Use Google Analytics, build quality content and build backlinks. It may take 1 month, or 1 year, but focus on ranking better over a period of time, rather than only getting indexed.
http://www.nextclick.us/ Getting high pagerank backlinks are important to making sure your website ranks high on google. Above you can get 70 free backlinks to your site. These backlinks will quickly make google bots follow your page, and you will see your site indexed within 24 hours.
Ya all the tricks discussed above works but i generally get my site ping and bookmarked on top book marking sites and it is indexed within hours.
This is exactly how people should be thinking about it. So many people get stressed out about how to get indexed faster. It isn't that hard, but so what. It's not like getting indexed fast is going to give you instant traffic. I focus first on things that might get me traffic. Posting to my own real blog is my first step because some of the traffic I'm getting there might follow the link to my new site. Then I post other places that I think might get some real visitors following the link. The result of doing that usually gets me indexed fast, but it isn't my goal. My intention is to start getting visitors fast. Then after I've made backlinks on sites that I think might result in actual traffic, then I start making backlinks that can help raise me in the SERPs. The initial efforts I made to get traffic will have already helped, and so I just have to start adding more. It's an overall strategy for getting traffic, google is just part of it. So many people get wrapped up thinking so much about google, they forget the real goal is traffic.
If you found this thread because your looking to get your site indexed quickly, then here is another way that will work pretty fast. It was a reply by rabbitgirl posted in another thread. It's pretty similar to Yukinari84's method, but with even more specific sites to use.
