How to get traffic to my client website?

I have a client whose site's SEO I am doing. I have designed his website and now i am doing his SEO, but i am not getting any leads and the service pages of the website is also not ranking in top 10.
Its been two months now and tell me what should I do so that the client got his first lead.

My website is in IT niche.

SEO rankings don’t seem to be that fast, it takes a long time to rank on Google
 
For quick results, go for ''paid ads''. Organic SEO takes time. You can also try ''Parasite SEO'' for quicker results but I'm afraid you need to spend some money here too. Two months is still early for SEO, especially in the IT niche. Make sure your service pages target realistic, long-tail keywords, are properly optimized, and that your site is technically sound. Start publishing helpful content and get a few quality backlinks — that alone can make a big difference. Also, check if your CTAs are clear enough to convert visitors.

SEO takes time, have you reviewed the on page seo, keywords, and backlinks yet?

You need to manage the expectations of your client. SEO isn't an overnight thing, if they want instant leads they should go for paid traffic

If you want quick leads & permanent ranking of your website better to use Backlinks service once for a week . You'll get highest possible raking for your website.
 
As you said you're in top 10 that's mean you already ranking for getting leads try to optimize your title which can boost your ctr other hand create schema markup for your landing page it can helps you to SERP.also you can try guest post backlink, If budget are not issues than try fb ads
