How to get to 400 views without getting frozen

Anyone have a method for this? I've been posting on movie facebook pages and it takes about 4-5 days to get to 400 views. Then of course you can use u2bviews , viewet, or enhanceviews. Does anyone have a faster way to get to 400 view? Please share!

Also, most of the sites you guys gave me will get your video frozen at 300-400 views. I don't have a problem getting views after that point. I need a fast method to get to 400 in a natural looking way, not everyone that views your video watches for 10-30 seconds.
