Yes you can, for UK you don't need to verify ID when opening company. But you need documents to verify Stripe and it's very hard to bypass it.

If its not available then how the hell would there be a way to get it legally, I mean come on dude you answered your own question. Whichever way you do it something will be untrue so there is technically no way to legally do it. However that said breaking the law and breaking a policy are two totally different things so you may be able to find a work around which is a gray area but not illegal.
An EIN is a employer identification number. it is a number you pay your taxes under if not using your personal SS number. Hi risk products would be selling game keys if you're not supposed to be. As in products that will get your payment account suspended, hence high risk. They are referring to Pound Sterling GBP

So you're wondering if you open a British company would you have to pay tax...duh, yeah you will have to pay tax if you are claiming your company is in the UK and earning profits.

The tax rate would depend on the amount you earn. I have not been there for so long I don't know what the thresholds are anymore but it was around 22% up to a certain amount and then anything over that was taxed at 40% but like I say that was 15 years ago. What you get for your money is the fact you were able to set up a company there you tit! You're getting the ability to sell products and earn money! If you don't want to pay, you don't get to play.

I didn't scold anybody, probably just my bad english. I will probably register company via online somewhere, they say it's not breaking TOS if i do it like that since stripe is available in uk so if i register company there it shouldn't be a problem

OK well maybe scolded is the wrong word, rude AF might be more accurate, asking "did you even read my thread" is pretty rude by most peoples standards seeing as the person was just trying to help you. again if you didn't mean it that way then fair enough but to any English speaker that is how it probably seemed.
As for registering a company, if you do it properly and by the rules then yeah it should be no problem but if you use fake info to set up this company then you will still be breaking laws if you see what I mean. but if you file for a company and that is something you can legally do from the country you live then go for it.

They check adress and such. For comoany adress, 1st formations provide a adress. They also have a cheap service for opening and scanning letters.
And they can even do accounting pretty cheap. Because you will have to do that. If you send it late, it will be very expensive. You have to send your statements on time. If you pay taxes late, you will have to pay a fine, which isnt cheaper...

Well unfortunately we don't have our home address on our id cards but we do have them on passports... Can you tell me with which company did you go? I see a lot of ads and online companies doing this stuff... Also, what are opening and scanning letters? How much is their accounting? Do you know what percentage of profits taxes take? Im not using stripe.... A limited company in germany (gmbh) costs 25.000€!

Opening and scanning letters: If you get a letter to the company adress in UK, they will open it and scan it and send you a mail with a pdf. You are required to register it on a UK adress (which they provide).
They have a lot of services that may be helpful later.
Taxes are 19% for the company profit. But i tell you: dont make profit. Buy shit for the company, invest, and cash out carefully.
You can deduct pens, paper, pc, table, chair, rent for a office, buy stuff to sell later... Just deduct as much as possible.
Also checkout the Laws for an UK Ltd., you should know that you cant just take money out and need to make yourself a contract with a salary. You can deduct this from profits too.
If you want to cashout some amount once, there is another tax. But you can check that on the website above.

Yeah there's a couple of them. I got recommended Companio from a guy who sells on Amazon - they had better options for banking than the competition but that was a few years back, it might have changed.
To open a company they want you to have the Estonian e-residency card which I already had but Companio can help with that too. The e-residency is almost fully online (you pick up the documents at an embassy, other than that it's all online). The company setup is fully online.

Since you said you presently sell steam keys for games, you need to run that by stripe customer care to know if it is not against their terms of use. It will be a huge waste of time, money and effort if at the end of the day the account is banned as a result of going against stripe's terms of use.

You can get your EIN by yourself by calling the IRS to apply for it
Don't use a VPN to access your Stripe account once you start using it
