As for registering a company, if you do it properly and by the rules then yeah it should be no problem but if you use fake info to set up this company then you will still be breaking laws if you see what I mean. but if you file for a company and that is something you can legally do from the country you live then go for it.

What is needed to set up your Stripe account:

1. A description of your product
2. Your business type (sole proprietor, LLC, Corporation, individual, etc)
3. Employer ID Number or Tax ID or Social Security Number
4. Business address
5. Your website address http://
6. Your person details such as name, date of birth and Social Security Number
7. Business name as it should appear on your customer's credit card statement. This is important to reduce chargebacks.
8. Phone number
9. Bank details such as routing number and checking account number
10. An email address for the account
11. An account password

Can confirm that this is what they want, opened a Stripe account earlier this year for an LLC.

You can get Stripe Business even if you live in non-supported country. You can simply start a company in UK by just paying formation fee (around 30 pound) and apply to Stripe for business account.

Yeah there's a couple of them. I got recommended Companio from a guy who sells on Amazon - they had better options for banking than the competition but that was a few years back, it might have changed.

To open a company they want you to have the Estonian e-residency card which I already had but Companio can help with that too. The e-residency is almost fully online (you pick up the documents at an embassy, other than that it's all online). The company setup is fully online.

Since you said you presently sell steam keys for games, you need to run that by stripe customer care to know if it is not against their terms of use. It will be a huge waste of time, money and effort if at the end of the day the account is banned as a result of going against stripe's terms of use.

Which country are you from?
Get your EIN and open your stripe account and select USA as your location
You can get your EIN by yourself by calling the IRS to apply for it
Don't use a VPN to access your Stripe account once you start using it
