How to get people write blogs on your site?

Hey! guys, I have a travel niche site (online magazine) With very good following on social media But the problem is I am not good at writing stuff.
I want to make it something like Tripoto.com where users can come and share the details about their journey. (user generated content)
My Problems are
1) it's a WordPress site, What plugins I need in order to make people sign in via facebook?
2) how to approach people to make them write for you with spending any penny?
3) how can I monetize it?

1) not sure
2) it's really hard without spending a penny. If you site has good metrics you could get guest posts. You also said you have a big following on social media so put your link in your bios, offer something if they write it. Maybe like a free ebook, or something in exchange where it doesn't cost you anything
3) adsense and affiliate links. Since it's in the travel niche you could have some buying guides related to traveling and have affiliate links in it

Here is what i know :

1. https://wordpress.org/plugins/contributer/
2. create a page "write for us" and tell what they get for writing on your blog. You can also find other blogs in your niche and ask them if they can write article on your site, this work for me.
3. adsense, paid guest post, banner ads, text link ads, affiliate and many many many many things

Write on a page the "what's in it for me" for the contributors. If the "what's in it for me" is better than writing for a fee, then, good writers might just submit their work to your site for free.

1. There is an option in WordPress to give contributor access to others who want to write for your blog.
2. Actually it’s hard to get good content writers and there are some services like I Writer who can provide articles according to your need,but you have to pay each article they write.
3. AdSense is most familiar to earn some good amount money.

Article writing is quite sensitive but you can find good writers that give cheaper service, google it..

Facebook login plugin should be okay.
