How To Get On Coupon Aggregator Websites?

Most e-commerce websites which rank well in my niche seem to have lots of weird coupon links from spammy aggregator websites, so I intend to duplicate this.

However, many of these sites are hard to get listed on, or even make contact with.

Obviously these websites pull their data from larger websites.

Any idea which big websites most of these sites pull their data from, or how to get listed on these websites?

I know these sites are still active, because I've been tracking a website created this year and they somehow got listed on a bunch of them...comprising of most of their backlink profile..and they now outrank me...actually...they are ranking extremely well across the niche.
I can tell from their backlinks that they hired some SEO guy to work on their website, as they linked to the website from their portfolio.
I assume he had something to do with this.

I've posted my coupons on a few big sites but they don't seem to get distributed to the lower-quality aggregators.
I've also tried emailing all of the websites directly, and most of the emails bounce due to invalid email address.

Anybody know what I'm talking about?

And don't try to convince me otherwise.

Yes, I actually did find an answer to this.
I now have these spammy coupon links pointed to my website exactly how I wanted. haha

However, I'm concerned it may be abused and spammed if I post it here.

same needs here, can you let me know how could I get my site linked by those sites?

I know they crawl from websites such as Appsumo, having a campaign there gets you a few hundred links from this kind of websites.
Some of them add you automatically too if you have an article about it i.e. "brandname coupon code", that of course requires your website already ranks well
