You pretty much need to PVA all new Gmail accounts.

There's still a way to verify Gmail accounts but you need a source for non-voip phone number, and it's just cheaper to use a paid SMS verification service.

It is not possible anymore. You have to verify with a new number each time for new account.

I think using a paid SMS verification service that provides real, non-VOIP numbers, it’s cheaper and more efficient than trying to find your own number source.
