One of my own website related to the mobile app development, I want to get traffic from few specific keywords like mobile app development in uk, mobile app developers in uk, so how is this possible to get relevant traffic.

What type of links you have made. I just ran your site in semrush most of the keywords you are ranking is in 2nd page and onwards. Try to optimize content for those keywords and make authority links as you are in competitive niche.
