How to get more CLICKS on SERP's?

Why are the options so low? I sometimes get 40% at #1. I don't think we are on the same page here...
What I do is I match the search intent and then play with title by adding some special characters or capitalizing. Similar tactic you can see in marketplace sections here on BHW. Not as colorful of course

It depends on your title tag, meta description by which user attract and if your content full fil their for what they are looking. You will get more clicks
