How to get mass views on youtube?

I have been presented with a challenge from a friend where I need to see who can get the most views on a youtube video in 20 days, so I don't need anything to stick and google can kill it (after my 30 days) and I wont mind. So my question is, if you were in my shoes, how/what would you promote something like this to and win your buddy in a friendly competition. TIA

Buy them if they are worth it, and if not then go spam other videos. You can always use Adwords to move ahead and buy space for competitive search keywords. Just expect to pay $10.00 per click if you are in a very competitive niche.
