How to get job leads

hey guys, I am looking for a way to generate a high amount of job applicants, for a work-from-home type job, and need to generate a lot of emails, can anyone give me a couple ideas. I have a high paying cpa offer, and I'm trying to put it into action. if anyone gives me some really good ones, i'll remember that when I get my first fat pay check. thanks
 
Advertise on BHW
  • post job ads on classifieds websites
  • make listings on sites like indeed, snagajob, monster, simplyhired
  • put up contracts on upwork/freelancer
  • facebook has many local groups for hiring/jobs you could post in
  • search "<city> jobs" and see which ones let you submit your own

Can I use indeed to post a cpa type job?
 
Go post on onlinejobs.ph. I get like 200 applicants each job I post
 
try and find out
you can always post a legit-looking job then once you get the emails rolling in you can do whatever you want
 
I have had people buy TV Ad spots for a decent promotional return. I would buy a few EVENT time slots, and multiple large scale adwords / facebook campaigns to go along with it. I would be throwing up about 10~15 campaign variants to test which type had the best response, and what data could be mined, analyzed, and then factored into the winning campaign. I'd base 10+ more ads on the winning campaign with the new data variants and see what responses also came from that.

If your offer is not good enough to promote on TV, then find a new one. CPA is like a pile of shit with a microscopic amount of gold dust inside it. Once you glean out the dust, your left with a huge pile of shit on your hands.

Lol just went to onlinejobs .ph because you recommended it, I expecting to see trash gigs but lots of them actually look decent. :eek:
 
- You could use an API from a classified ads listing site to mass post classified ads listings.
- Social Media Has A Lot Of Cool Ways To Download tons of Emails From Your connections/friends/followers (I was able to get a list of 2000 real estate agents and their addresses of business, phone numbers, and email address from Linked in two years back)
- Jobs are a nationally wanted item, so anyway you can mass produce lead ads/webpages/messages to everywhere at once would be great.

If you know databases and php you can make a website and pull each city from the database to your webpage so you have 30000 webpages for each U.S. location.

And side note, I totally wouldn't have said that last idea if I wasn't plastered right now mate, that's how I make my $$!:D
 
Yeah Onlinejobs.ph is one of my hidden gems as well ;)

Really decent workers too. Writes way better than a lot of the 'manually written articles' you get.
 
OP can you recommend some good networks with cpa jobs recruitment? I think that linkedin is good way for you to go, there are some good guides about that on BHW.

Those methods, sound great. I wish they weren't way over my head lol. I will try to look into them some more if you have any links you could send me that'd be awesome. If not, thanks for your reply

Hired two full time VAs from there.

One of the better decisions that I have made.
 
i have millions of linkedin email, can filter the country extension, will it help?
 
Find a private job site, he'll make a fake company site, put the offer up there, like it is legit.
Then blast it everywhere. One AND done.

OR
Have them fill out a preliminary application, then have them opt in to receive emails, then send them the offer in 2 days.
Then send them another in 4 days.

Autoresponder. Have fun and $$
