if everything is good then i believe ratio of clients are lower, they could be in vacation. not 12 months is production month. check your previous year stats for this time and check

Yes in December and January, the order rate is lower. After that, it will start rising, But still, we have to find new clients, as there is the probability that our old clients can not give orders. I don't know a way how get connected with long-term project clients, or with agencies so the ratio of orders will be maintained.

Just provide good services at best rates. If you meet these two criteria , there will never be lack of clients for you.
